Why should I donate to GLPForum.com?

    GLPForum is a ad free open membership forum. And because of that, we have no way to bring in money for maintanance of site itself. Below is a list of a few things our administrators pay for out of pocket as of 5/13/2004.
  • Webserver - $30 / month. Without the web server, we would have no place to put all the files involved in the production of GLPForum, in other words there would be no website. (this is the main area in which all donations are pointed.)
  • Google AdWords - up to $30 / month. Because we know there are more fans of GLP out there, we are attempting to attract them to our forums with an ad campeign on google. When people search certain keywords (i.e., Grant Lee Phillips, Grant Lee Buffalo).
    Currently those are the only expenses we are encountering at the moment, however that is money that comes directly out of our administrators pockets.
